Hmm so Phoebe is allowed to do her GCSE's at 6th form now...the same 6th form she set alight!

Because she has not been at school I would of thought she would of been held back at year.

Totally that would make more sense, it is not like she would actually be a smart cookie either missing so much school and not having any resources to teach herself stuff. Yeah she should be smart in a streetwise sense but thats all.
