Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter has claimed the new late night spin-off of the soap is the best yet.

Jorgie spoke to Radio 1 about the upcoming Hollyoaks Later series where her character Theresa McQueen goes to stay with her army cousin Louis on the hunt for potential squaddie boyfriends.

She said: "Later is so saucy. It's probably the best one ever. I've got no pants on. I don't wear them through the whole time. [It was] really cold.

"The whole crew were like, 'Jorgie are you going to put your pants on?' And I was like, 'No it's my outfit!'."

The series which airs late at night on Channel 4 from Monday, October 7 also features Nick Pickard's character Tony Hutchinson who gets into trouble while on a trip abroad.

Other characters in the spin-off include Esther Bloom (Jazmine Franks) and Tilly Evans (Lucy Dixon) who have a chilling time at a cabin in the woods.
