Winehouse collapses in St Lucia

Singer Amy Winehouse has been treated for dehydration in St Lucia after fainting, her spokesman has confirmed.

The 23-year-old spent a night in hospital for observation after collapsing at her home.

Winehouse, who has been holidaying on the Caribbean island, had apparently been "running around" with a group of children before she fainted.
