2727 - Ella being given back to Mandy and Luke so soon. Surely for Ella to be outside the house waiting to come in, Social Services would have had to already decided that Mandy and Luke were going to get her back before the house visit, but the last time they visited Mandy was losing the house and Luke was passed out drunk

When social services came for a visit and they lost Ella, Mandy was staying in a house with just her, Ella and Luke, but when they got her back it was at Cindy's house _________________
