Jodie Nash arrived in Hollyoaks along with brother, Jamie and best friend, Nick O Connor in 2001

Percieved as a tomboy Jodie had a special bond with her gay friend, Nick but often argued with her brother, Jamie. She began dating Max Cunningham and seemed happy until Jamie was killed in a pot-holing accident, unable to cope with her grief Jodie lost her way a bit and ended up sleeping with Nick, leaving Nick confused about his sexuality and Jodieconfused and full of grief decides to take some time out from Hollyoaks to vlear her head

she returned with a new attitude, confident and flirty she began to have one night stands with Max and then Jake Dean she remained good friends with Nick however. Eventually she started dating Kristian Hargreaves but it all went wrong as Jodie had failed her college course and had to return home, after a tearful goodbye to Nick Jodie left the village

What did you think of her character?

Good character had a very close friiendship with Nick although some people found him quite annoying. I think it was her idea of the potholing trip that led to Jamies death as she wanted him to face his fears as he was claustrophobic. She went downhill from that.

Yea i think the producers messed up the character of Jodie, having her exit the village because she faied her course was lame and she deserved better than that

Her an Nick were like Kris and Jess a little, Nick was a little annoying but wasn't anywhere near as annoying or as bad a George and also the actress who played Jodie was approached to return a few years later but she declined

I think she should have left after Jamie died and dealing with that.

I think she needed to stay around a bit after Jamie's death as I hate it when soaps take the easy way out and write out a family/family members when a character dies

So many student characters just packed in/failed college back in the day, after the tragedy Jodie went through I wanted her to have a happy ending
