I'm more in the disgusted camp and was waiting for Hannah to slap her...

Completely disgusted with her. She has alot of growing up to do and I think she should have gone with the Roys, Leila and Ravi cannot be there for her 24/7 and I cannot believe that Leila didn't even inform Ravi of the situation or possible situation at the time. I think it was all a cry for help from Anita but it just shows that the current living situation is not right for Anita imo.

I'm halfy half but i mostly think shes a teenager and still has alot of mistakes to make, she really needs her parents to look after her though, so maybe she should have gone to middlesbrough :s
You can't blame her for needing a bit of attention though, shes been ignored by her family, her friends and this is all after having to deal with almost killing someone, finding out your adopted, her brother almost dying x

I do like hating on her because of her ruining my Newt/Theresa pairing, but she obviously has a lot of issues, is pining for attention and feels overlooked.

I'm not defending what she did but i can understand it. Who hasn't over-emphasised a cold to get sympathy? At 16 it's that age where you don't really know where you belong and what makes you special, so you goade for attention. She just took it to the extreme.

hmmm good points everyone
think you're right there Hev that at 16 she doesn't know who she is or where she fits, spose she felt wanted by Hannah too.
Still what she did sickens me.

I have over-exaggerated illnesses, Anita did just take it to the extreme..its a soap, thats what they do aha.
I hope that Anita manages to get her friends back.]
