I'm not sure he would have, certainly not putting himself in danger, had Calvin not hit Sam with a glass 4 people may have lived

Yeah Calvin did not seem guilty about that he did rescue his Mum's killer though.

Yeah he wasn't even blamed.
Jake was supposed to die in the fire but writers felt 6 deaths in one episode was too much
