She is one of the people that has earnt her right to say when she leaves, not be axed. You don't axe people like Cindy unless Steph wants to move on...which we all know she doesn't.

HO just need her returning for their 30th.

They will be upset without a doubt anyone who has worked closely with Steph over the years must be gutted.

I think Hannah owes fans an explanation. I wonder if Steph was told the reasoning behind it.

But then again no explanation will be good enough for fans who have watched for years.
