From that quick look we saw at the baby picture, I thought both babies were in blue onesies, but I could be mistaken I can't see the twin being Zach unless they're bringing him back.
I'd be ok with it being Lisa. It doesn't change anything from her backstory if Simone adopted her niece. There would be drama with Lisa and Martine. If it's not Lisa then you're looking at the show bringing in another actor. Unless Mitchell has an identical twin.
