It's interesting that after all this time I don't think we've really gotten much of a hint at Milo having a sexual orientation one way or the other.
I do like that he's not interested in Cindy or Holly, as removing sex/romance from the equation makes his feelings for them more complicated and interesting.
I think he might be asexual, which isn't something that's been explored on HO before that I know or recall. If not asexual, then he could be gay. I think he and Scott would make a really cute couple and another non-traditional gay guy would be interesting.

I find it good that he doesn't have a box to go in. Milo works as a character without knowing his history etc. I guess being jailed for the crash he missed out on growing up etc. I dont think he needs a label.

I don't think it's terribly realistic to have a person around that long without any sign of an orientation one way or another. If he wasn't at least showing an attraction to someone I'd think by now Cindy would be nosy and trying to figure him out, or set him up on dates even if he wasn't interested. That sounds like something fun they could do with him just to break up the heavy drama (which he does really well).
I find Milo interesting and want to find out more about him. I am glad to see him get stories that aren't focused on sex and romance though.

As much as I dislike Milo I am glad Hollyoaks has bought in a character who hasn't just jumped into bed with someone and their sexual orientation doesn't define them like Ste's character does for example

Or Cindy? They're all very sexual but I don't know that Ste is any worse on that front than lots of other characters. I am glad Milo isn't defined by his orientation, but it would be nice to learn more about him.
