Exactly, one of Esther's appealing qualities was that she was one of the nicest characters on Hollyoaks. I'm glad that Hollyoaks are being realistic about this, but why is it poor Esther who is suffering yet again? Why couldn't have someone else been shot? Why is it poor Esther who ends up hurt again?
I wonder if the actress is going to be leaving? I can't see Esther sticking around for long like this. Though I have to admit, her actress is playing the part amazingly well.

I have always been under the impression they will cast her mother at some point so I think she is alive but she hardly mentions her so who knows. I like Esther but she has been boring lately.
