For Yas no-one, don't like this character at all... Not even Sienna? or Ste like Aruu said?  Surely Yas isn't as bad as the overused, outstayed their welcome characters?!...or is she?! Haha

Well, not that Hollyoaks will think of actually looking up how heart donors work in real life, Yas will need a heart that comes from someone who is a similar size to herself. They also need to be the same blood type, but stuff like that never comes up in the show. I'm not sure how high Yas is on the transplant list, but her young age would work in her favour.
And, if the heart comes from someone on the show, Yas would be pushed to the top of the list simply because she's in the right place at the right time. A heart transplant needs to happen in around four hours from death to receiving.
Yas is quite short and petite. I'd say the best matches are;
Lily
Peri
Cindy
Kim

It would also come as an added blow to Farrah; yes her little sister has received the heart she so badly needs, but it means that the woman she loves (for some reason) has died to make that happen. It'd be a bittersweet storyline, but one that could be handled well. It could also give Kim some much needed redemption, depending on how she died.
And, let's face it, Kim is one of those characters who really has overstayed her welcome.
