Poor Amy just slipped and hit her head. It's not unheard of.

Bring back Silas! I know he only goes for females, but I'm sure he'd be happy to knock off Ste while he's at it.

I think it depends on who killed Amy if it was an accident or on purpose.

Either way, she wasn't really the kind of girl he would have normally wanted dead, and only really obsessed over killing her as much as he did because she was a threat to what he was doing, as she tried to expose what he'd done. Edit: I'm not saying I want it to be Silas - I'm just saying, once again, he wasn't actually that good at his self-appointed mission, in that he would sometimes kill the wrong people.
