Yes they work well as friends as does Sienna with Myra too

Myra is just a spiteful cow who regards people other than her family as expendable but then turns round and takes in strays who don't deserve it.
Sienna's relationship with the McQueens is contrived and unrealistic and the only way I can bear to put up with it is the satisfaction of knowing it will crumble when they find out about her involvement in barts death.
Same with her relationship with Warren which she seems really smug about. Him and Grace sleeping together is the perfect way to spite Sienna and is kind of karma as well.

I think Myra as Niall's mother bounded with Sienna over Nico both had bad seed kids

I just think Sienna has come to an end now there isn't anywhere she can go.
