Neighbours star Ashleigh Brewer has said she'd love to work in the UK because she's addicted to Hollyoaks. The actress, who plays Kate Ramsay, told Inside Soap about her love for the Chester-based soap. She said: "I caught some Hollyoaks when I was in the UK and I was instantly hooked. I think having another Aussie would be interesting, specially if someone went on holiday and brought her back with them. Don't watch much neighbours though so not much idea of her acting skills.

Would be interesting to see Ash on Hollyoaks! I'd actually quite like it. As long as her character wasn't like Kate because I cannot stand her. The character has been changed far too much since she arrived. But yes, having an Aussie on there again would be good - especially one that can act decently.

Coming into Hollyoaks she'd probably automatically be bad as there are very few nice people in the village these days
I suppose if she was bad it would be a complete turnaround from Neighbours' St. Kate

I haven't watched it in ages last time I saw it she was chasing after some bloke who is maybe the guy who is back now after being in witness protection? (caught an episode the other day lol)
